No one likes that extra layer of fat that forms under the chin which is also known as the double chin. This fat accumulates not only because of obesity but other reasons like loose skin and genetics also make a difference.
Here are 3 simple chin exercises that help you get rid of double chin. Practice them everyday for around 10 to 15 minutes.
1. The first one is super easy.Just stand with your head tilted back and look at the ceiling. Now pucker up your lips towards the ceiling as if you are kissing it. Hold for a couple of seconds and bring back the head to normal position.
2. Again tilt back your head and look towards the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward and when you feel the stretch hold for 10 seconds. Get back to normal position.
3. In this last exercise too, you need to see the ceiling. Tilt your head back and press your tongue at the tip of your mouth. Hold for 5 to 7 seconds.
