Selena Gomez has had to cancel her upcoming plans. The singer and Rare Beauty mogul announced on Wednesday (Oct. 26) that her scheduled appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has been cancelled due to a positive for COVID-19.

She posted the message to her Instagram story, assuring followers that she is resting and feeling fine. We hope she recovers quickly.

Selena Gomez recently informed her fans that she had tested positive for Covid-19 and that she would be unable to appear on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show. She also urged her fans to keep their boosters up to date, reminding them that “Covid-19 is still out there.” She was scheduled to appear on the Jimmy Fallon show for the promotions of her documentary, which will premiere on Apple TV+.

On Wednesday, the “Only Murders in the Building” star posted a health update to her Instagram Stories.

“Tonight I’m not going to be on Fallon. I got COVID but am now resting and feeling fine “Gomez wrote in a post that included a photo of herself napping on a couch with her two dogs nearby. The 30-year-old singer also urged his fans and followers to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols.

Gomez was scheduled to appear on the late-night show before being diagnosed to promote her upcoming documentary, ‘Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me,’ which will give fans a glimpse into her mental health journey over the years, according to Fox News.
