Music composer Amaal Mallik, currently a contestant on Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 19, has been making headlines, but mostly for the wrong reasons. In the latest episode, the composer was seen engaging in a heated conversation with fellow contestant Farrhana Bhatt, during which he backstabbed influencer Awez Darbar. Amaal’s comments, in which he accused Awez of having “fake followers,” did not sit well with viewers, sparking widespread criticism on social media. His remarks have once again brought to light the intense rivalries and personal attacks that often define the dynamics inside the Bigg Boss house.

The drama unfolded after a heated confrontation between Kunickaa Sadanand and Neelam Giri. Their argument escalated, pulling in other housemates like Awez, Pranit, and Mridul. Feeling cornered and ganged up on, Neelam broke down in tears and later went to vent her frustrations to Amaal Mallik. She revealed a crucial piece of information: Awez had allegedly been looking for a fight with Amaal for the past four weeks. This revelation visibly angered Amaal, who seemed to take the news as a personal attack.

Confronting Neelam, Amaal asked for the specifics of Awez’s comments. He then launched into a verbal tirade, abusing Awez and calling him a “2 kaudi ka…” before the camera quickly panned away, leaving the full extent of his insult to the imagination. Later, in a separate conversation with Farrhana Bhatt, Amaal continued his rant, making a very serious allegation about Awez’s social media presence. He claimed, “Out of 30 million, 25 million of his followers are fake. I’ve given him so much business. If he has the guts to refuse me work outside, then I’ll believe he is a man.” This comment exposed a personal and professional rivalry, hinting at a larger friction between the music composer and the social media influencer.

Amaal Mallik’s: Calculated Move or a Sign of Arrogance?

The internet was quick to pounce on Amaal Mallik’s comments, with many social media users calling him out for his arrogance and hypocrisy. The backlash was swift and unforgiving. One user tweeted, “Ewww So cheap, wahiyat contestant… always barking from behind.” Another user wrote, “#AmaalMallik as usual, that arrogant artist who thinks everyone is below him… I wish he showed the same guts by not promoting his work through these influencers in future. He also needs them to promote his songs.” The criticism pointed to the perceived double standard in Amaal’s remarks, suggesting that he benefits from the very influencers he criticizes. The public’s verdict seemed to be a mix of anger and disappointment.

Viewers also expressed frustration with his overall demeanor. “He is so arrogant,” one user simply commented, while another wrote, “He is literally the worst. I hate how no one stops him from talking like this.” The widespread negative sentiment highlights that Amaal’s behavior is being seen as a deliberate strategy to stir up controversy or, worse, as an authentic display of his character. For a public figure, being perceived as “arrogant” and “disgusting” can be a damaging blow to their public image.

Despite the backlash for his controversial comments, Amaal’s other actions on the show have been met with a more mixed reception. During a recent “Weekend Ka Vaar” episode, host Salman Khan praised Amaal and fellow contestant Shehbaz Badesha for their prank of hiding food items and clothes of other housemates to spark fights. However, many viewers found the prank boring and uneventful, suggesting that even his strategic moves are not landing as intended. In a surprise development, Nehal Chudasama was announced as the third contestant to be evicted, but was later sent to the secret room instead, a classic Bigg Boss twist that keeps the game unpredictable. With the drama continuing to unfold, Amaal Mallik’s journey in the Bigg Boss house remains a topic of intense conversation and scrutiny, with every move he makes being analyzed by millions.
