Amber Heard Gives Birth To A Baby Girl: Did It On Her Own Terms

According to the latest reports, American film and television actress, Amber (Laura) Heard reveals that she has become a mother to a baby girl ‘via surrogate’, taking it to her Instagram handle, on Friday, July 2. She shared a picture holding her baby onto the chest. She named her daughter ‘Oonagh Paige Heard’.

Below the picture, she captioned, “I’m so excited to share this news with you. Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms. I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring to have a crib. Apart of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business.”

“I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this. My daughter was born on April 8, 2021. Her name is Oonagh Paige Heard. She’s the beginning of the rest of my life,” the actress added. On the account of that, Amber is putting a proudly feminist spin.

The source amplified the actress’s effort and led to the real encouragement for women who yet are not getting space to open, and therefore, still fighting. This influenced women to take a stand over their struggles with fertility and pursuing opportunities to overcome challenges at every end.

Furthermore, the actress is currently undergoing a legal battle with her ex-husband, Johnny Depp. And contrarily, this latest news of her, however, would help her to win and get out of the battle bravely. The ongoing legal case has led Johnny Depp’s fans to make her a regular target of rabid online vitriol.

Another striking factor has also come up – the news of Amber being a mother has come several months after winning her latest legal fight in a U.K. court, which addressed to be a piece of ‘considerable’ evidence that Depp battered her on multiple occasions during the ‘jerk time’ they underwent while being married.
