Amitabh Bachchan Recalls His Childhood: “My Most Favourite Comics ‘The Lone Ranger’ And His Deputy Tonto”
Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, popularly known as Big B, has been treating his fans over social media with his pictures and interestingly attractive captions, since a long time. On Saturday, 12 June, he recalled his childhood memories and said how he used to be a fan of ‘The Lone Ranger’, adding on saying he looks like Tonto now.
Talking of the Comics, ‘The Lone Ranger’ first edition came in 1945 under Dell Comics with around 145 issues, inspiring a couple of movies based on its theme and the primary characters.
Getting back to Big B’s story, he posted a picture on Instagram, and wrote in the caption, “Remembering the School days in the 1950s and my most favorite comics ‘The Lone Ranger’ and his deputy Tonto. Never thought 71 years later I would start looking like my favorite!!!”
Later that day, Big B also tweeted about how the “GenNEXT” believes in manifestation. He says that the new mantra of the gen-next, relating to a belief in manifestation, is ‘just say it, write it, record it and it happens’.
According to earlier social media reports, Big B posted one picture on Instagram on Thursday, June 10, looking back at a happy memory with a fan, very excited while standing in front of her and getting an autograph signed by him. He captioned the picture, “… gone are the days when fans expressed their love and appreciation like the one this little one did .. so full of gratitude .. just look at her expression .. now it’s just an emoji .. !!!!! .. if you are lucky ..” Take a look at the picture below:
Contrarily, on Friday, the veteran actor spoke about it, sharing with people that how the behavior and of fans have changed over the years.
Moving on to Big B’s reel life, he will soon be seen essaying his role in one of his upcoming films, ‘Mayday’. The actor’s last film was Gulabo Sitabo, a comedy-drama, released on June 12 on Amazon Prime. The film features Amitabh Bachchan as the first lead and Ayushmann Khurrana as the second.
