Karan Johar is that one person who bonds with every generation. Be it, Alia Bhatt or Shah Rukh Khan, Karan has a different bond with every person and has proved to be everyone’s friend many times. Now, the director-producer turned host for the Bollywood clan. He hosted a grand party at his residence. Many Bollywood stars including Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Shahid Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal graced the party. Karan shared a video where we could see the stars talking to each other and having fun.
Well, the video went viral on the internet. And soon a politician and a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal Manjinder Sirsa has shared the same video on Twitter and went on to say that the Bollywood stars were drugged at Karan Johar’s party and that they are flaunting it. He said he was disgusted and is raising his voice against drug abuse by these Bollywood stars. His caption read, “#UDTABollywood – Fiction Vs Reality Watch how the high and mighty of Bollywood proudly flaunt their drugged state!! I raise my voice against #DrugAbuse by these stars. RT if you too feel disgusted.” Also, he tagged some of the actors in the video such as Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal.

And then to further clarify, politician Milind Deora, who is the husband of film-producer Pooja Shetty Deora spoke on the same. Mr Deora took his official Twitter handle and spoke on behalf of the Bollywood stars. He clarified and said that his wife was also present at the same party and that nobody was in a drugged state. He also asked his fellow, Sirsa to stop spreading lies and defaming people.
My wife was also present that evening (and is in the video). Nobody was in a “drugged state” so stop spreading lies & defaming people you don’t know!
I hope you will show the courage to tender an unconditional apology https://t.co/Qv6FY3wNRk

The Twitter users also defended Bollywood celebs as there was no evidence that they were drugged. Check out the Tweets here:
