Ekta Kapoor’s top rated show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein (YHM) is going through a leap of 8 months and fans are accusing that the story line now portrays Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya) as the murderer of Aditiya, which Bhallas believed and hate her for that. The show’s orignal plot was about an infertile woman (Ishita) who finds her peace and love in a girl named Ruhi and then marries her divorcee father who is disappointed with his family and career life.
The show gained the love of the audience and became the most popular daily soap of the television. The stars of the show were happy by the love they were getting. But it seems the fans do not like the leap change and wants the show to be shut down. So much so that they are even protesting on social media get the show off air. Hash tag ‘EndYHM’ is trending on Twitter.
Some of the netizens have even messaged Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya on social media to quit the show after Raman (Karan Patel) called Ishita ‘baanjh’ (infertile) and tried to strangulate her. They are not happy the way Ishita is being treated on the show. She was always portrayed as a strong woman in the show but this suppression which is shown on her is totally going against for the viewers.
Divyanka took it to twitter and shared a post in favor of the show with # livelongYHM. She wrote, “World is full of bullies. We women can’t get affected because of them. We show our worth through our actions that speak louder than words. So is #Ishita who’s too high on morality to be bothered by anything smaller. Watch her/my upcoming episodes. #LongLiveYHM #YehHaiMohabbatein.”
Some of the fans even applauded her take on the show, but others criticized too as she is till associated with the show.
Moreover, Ekta Kappor took a stand as she is the producer of the show and lashed out on the people who were criticizing the track. She tweeted on twitter “For once I’ll say it my friends! Instead of hash tagging #endyhm stop watching it!! All stories will not go as you wish as an audience !! I love my TV audience I value your opinion But our creatives work with ratings and TV norms! This is for all show fan groups! Love and respect always.”
The viewers of the show are getting outraged by Ekta’s Tweet, but the producers are still working and they cleared that they are not going off air, as the TRP of the show is still on high.
