Bail Rejected Again: Will Aryan Khan’s Diwali Be In Jail?
Aryan Khan Drugs Case: Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan, who was arrested in a drug case on a cruise, has got an extension in his jail term. The special court has rejected the bail pleas of Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha along with Aryan. Therefore, bail will now be sought in the High Court, his lawyers said. The next ten days are said to be crucial for Aryan’s bail. He has not been granted bail by the high court in the next ten days, while Aryan’s Diwali is also likely to go to Arthur Road Jail after Dussehra.
As it is Diwali from November 4, the first week of November will be a court holiday. If Aryan fails to get bail before the first week of November, Aryan’s jail term could be extended. The other seven accused, including Aryan in the drugs case, have been in the Arthur Road jail for the past two weeks. He was arrested on October 3 after being arrested on October 2.
'Will approach Bombay HC as soon as possible', says Aryan Khan's legal team.

Special Justice VV Patil announced the result on Aryan’s bail application. Along with Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha had also applied for bail. Justice Patil accepted the NCB’s argument and denied bail. Aryan belongs to an influential family and if he is granted bail, the investigation could be hampered, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh had argued.
There are also serious allegations that Aryan wanted to take drugs even though nothing was found and that he was in contact with international smugglers. The NCB team had requested the judges to read the WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan but to keep it secret. As the investigations are still on. The judges read the chats and gave the verdict on the basis. Nobody knows what is hidden in the chats. Now all the eyes are on the Bombay High Court verdict.
