The much reputed award function of Indian television, Zee Rishtey Awards’ 2016 edition was a spectacular fashion extravaganza. With leading ladies and dapper men from all leading Indian channels, the show was high on glamour quotient with their enigmatic presence. From Zee TV’s leading faces Sriti Jha to Star Plus’ Divyanka Tripathi, it was indeed a starry night.

And here we give you glimpse of who wore what!

Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya:  Dressed up as a typical newly-wed, Divyanka draped a red sari and paired it up with a heavy diamond necklace. Vivek Dahiya donned a classic black tuxedo and entered the show hand in hand with Divyanka. But Divyanka could have done better!

Sonali Bendre: She judges a kids reality drama show and attended the award night with Sajid Khan. She walked the red carpet in a plain golden sari, which was a sheer disappointment. Twinning with her was Kamya Punjbai, who also disappointed the fashion police with this look.

Sriti Jha: The otherwise star of the night disappointed a bit with her choice this time. Wearing a shiny baby pink long skirt (which was not even much flowy) with a long net jacket, Sriti failed hard this time.

Krystal D’souza: She turned the maximum heads with her gorgeous avtaar at the Zee Rishtey Awards. She donned a floor-touching purple sequenced gown and completed the look with statement earrings and of course, stole the show.

Anita Hassanandani: The ‘Sari queen’ of telly-town, Shagun of Yeh Hain Mohabbatein went for a rather different look instead and chose a red and golden dress with a full-length cape. Even though she carried herself with utter grace and turned many head, she can definitely look way better than this in western wear.

Leena Jhumani: The  pretty face villain of Kumkum Bhagya looks wears such stunning outfits in the show and in real life. But this time, she was a pure disappointment. She went for a very odd and weird metallic dress which didn’t even fit her properly.

Kishwer Merchant and Suyyash Rai: Just as a newly-wed bride, Kishwer  Merchant looked truly gorgeous in a flowy purple lehenga. And her smile was yet another accessory she carried along. And her husband, Suyyash Rai, was the best dressed among men with a rust-color suit on!

Rakhi Sawant: Why was she even there? Anyway, she looked ‘LOL’ in a bright blue asymmetrical top and red pants with red shoes. Sounds so weird? That is how she looked.
