Dipika Kakar-Shoaib Ibrahim’s Marriage Was A Filmy Affair,Wedding Pics and Videos Will Make You Fall For Them!

The power couple of the telly land, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar have been keeping in news ever since they declared about their marriage plans. Their pre-wedding shoot pictures have been going viral on the internet. The two met each other almost seven years back on the sets of the TV show, ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ and have finally tied the knot in Shoaib’s hometown Bhopal on February 22. The wedding was a close-knit affair and was only attended by their close friends and family members.

While Dipika looked breathtakingly beautiful as a bride donning a fuchsia pink bridal lehenga, with golden gota-pati details, perfectly teamed with chunky gold jewellery, Shoaib looked like a classy groom dressed in his light pink sherwani.

Here are all the inside pictures from their wedding:

Recently, Dipika even took it to her social media account to share a beautiful picture of the newlywed couple. Along with the picture, she wrote a heart-warming message for her beau, that read, “I can see the reflection of Mrs Dipika Shoaib Ibrahim in his eyes.. and its all I ever dreamt off!!! P.S. @shoaib2087 I love you!!! #dodilmilrahehain”

As per reports, it has been confirmed that Dipika and Shoaib will now be throwing a reception party in Mumbai on February 26 for their friends from the television world.

Shoaib and Dipika had begun with their wedding festivities last week. From recreating the ‘Tujhe Dekh Toh Ye Jaana Sanam’ moment to striking a pose for the iconic train moment, the couple made all the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge fans skip a heartbeat with their pre-wedding shoot pictures.

The lovebirds’ Haldi ceremony and Mehendi ceremony also seemed like a fun-filled affair. In one of the pictures, Shoaib was seen flaunting his hand that had got ‘Dipika’ written over it.

In a couple of videos that are doing the rounds on the internet, Shoaika were also seen shaking a leg on Bollywood chartbusters like ‘Chal Pyaar Karegi’ from the film, ‘Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai’ and ‘Sun Mere Humsafar’ from the film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.

A source close to the couple revealed a leading daily, “Shoaib and Dipika, both wanted a very personalised affair. Being quite private people, they chose to have the ceremonies in Bhopal to avoid the constant media attention. Also, with Shoaib’s family residing there, it helped them in organising a grand yet a close-knit wedding. Only the closest of the friends have been invited but the rest would get to wish the newlyweds in a reception in Mumbai, the dates of which haven’t been fixed yet.”
