Divyanka Tripathi is no less than a superstar in the Indian TV industry. With her performances in shows like Bonoo Mein Teri Dulhan to Yeh Hai Mohobbatein, she cemented her foot in the TV world. Her brilliant work made her reach the heights within a very short frame of time.
A native of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh; Divyanka was recently awarded the Champions of Change award by the Madhya Pradesh government. The actress shared pictures and videos from the event on her Instagram page.
She wrote, “Whilst getting honoured, more than the trophy, important is- who’s presenting the award, what platform it is, who are your fellow awardees and in whose presence you receive it.” For the event, Divyanka chose to wear a yellow and black silk saree with a golden choker and matching earrings. She attended the official ceremony with her parents, sister and her husband.

Divyanka, who was born in 1984 in Bhopal, attended the Nutan College of Bhopal and also has a certification in mountaineering course from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering in Uttarkashi. Apart from this, in the year 2000, she participated in the Republic Day parade as part of the NCC Contingent and is a national level shooting champion too.
As the news of the award came out in public glare, wishes and congratulatory messages started pouring in. Her co-stars from the industry like Adaa Khan, Shireen Mirza, Gaurav Gera and Ruhaanika Dhawan were amongst the first to wish her.
