The viral video, shared by an attendee, includes a caption that reads, “If I could give you one piece of advice, it’s to avoid joining the Madhuri Dixit tour. According to multiple attendees, the show, which was advertised to begin at 7:30 PM, didn’t actually start until around 10 PM. This long delay left many fans waiting for hours, leading to mounting frustration. One disappointed viewer wrote, “This was the worst show ever. Absolutely disorganized. The ad didn’t say she would just chat and dance for two seconds per song. The promoters organized it terribly. Many people left midway through. People were screaming for their refunds. It doesn’t matter how beautiful and kind she is, everyone who came to see the show agrees it was poorly organized.”

Another attendee echoed similar sentiments, commenting, “This is the worst show anyone can ever watch. No regard for the audience’s time at all. Three hours late and then a show full of nonsense.” The outrage didn’t stop at social media complaints. Some fans have gone a step further, suggesting that Consumer Protection Ontario should be notified about the issue, calling out what they described as misleading promotion and poor planning.
