Every girl has a dream of her marriage. From childhood only, she keeps on deciding that what would she wear on her wedding day.  Some think to make an entry by bullet while others plan to do it simple, some opt for heels while others opt for sneakers. So, this a never-ending thinking process. Some girls keep actress’s wedding lehengas as ideals and wish to wear same lehenga as wore by them.

As we all know, Anushka was looking such a stunner in her pale plush pink silk lehenga, hand-embroidered with Indian lotus motifs merging with European flora and fauna. And anyone would fall in love with that lehenga. Being impressed by the same, a real bride ‘Sonam Basantani’ who belongs to Abu Dhabi fell for the look and chose to wear the same bridal lehenga in her marriage. Sabyasachi on his official page shared the picture of bride who is no doubt looking less than Anushka and captioned it as, “Real bride Sonam Basantani @sonambasantani in Sabyasachi for her wedding in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Sabyasachi in order to explain Sonam Basantani and Anushka Sharma’s look shared, “At Sabyasachi we take the art of couture rather seriously. Our beautiful bridal lehengas are created in the good old fashion principles of dress making. From concept to finish, everything is lovingly created by human hands with skill sets passed down through many generations across many centuries. On Her: A pale blush pink silk lehenga hand-embroidered with Indian lotus motifs merging with European flora and fauna.” He further added, “The entire lehenga is meticulously hand-crafted in silk floss and gold and silver ’tilla’ work. It took 67 karigars, approximately 32 days to finish this piece of modern heirloom. The look is accessorised with vintage uncut diamond jewellery threaded together with baroque pearls, emeralds, tourmalines and Iranian turquoise beads. Virat and Anushka were looking no less than prince-princess in their marriage. Their wardrobe choices made both of them look like a ‘crowning glory’. And when a bride wore exactly same lehenga as hers than it surely worked as ‘icing on the cake’.
