 While going out use a scarf or hat to cover your head when you go out. This will protect you from direct contact with the sun. It also helps your scalp and protects moisture.

Tight hairstyles can be damaged  because they tend to pull and tear hair especially if your hair is dry from the summer heat.

Frequently washing hair can cause scalp dryness because regular hair wash can’t make natural oil in the scalp.

Before shampoo treatments like oiling and massaging improves scalp, relax your muscles, boost shine and nourish the hair.

You can use hydration hair care products and oils, but drinking at least 3 liters of water every day ensures good hair health.
