Hema Malini Shared First Post After Demise of Dharmendra

Three days after Dharmendra’s death, his wife and veteran actress Hema Malini shared her first public statement, expressing her profound grief. Posting on Twitter, she wrote, “Dharam ji… he was so much to me. A loving husband, a doting father to our two daughters, Esha and Ahana, a friend, a philosopher, a guide, a poet, the most important person to me in every difficult moment. Indeed, he was everything to me.”

She added that Dharmendra stood by her through every high and low, and that his warm and affectionate nature endeared him to everyone in the family. In her tribute, Hema Malini further said, “As a public figure, his immense talent, humility despite his popularity, and his universal appeal made him a unique figure among legends. His fame and achievements will continue to endure. My personal loss is indescribable, and the void created will last a lifetime.”

Along with her tribute, Hema Malini shared a series of photographs capturing Dharmendra’s close bond with his daughters, Esha and Ahana, as well as cherished moments from their family life. The emotional images have deeply moved fans, reflecting the strong relationships Dharmendra nurtured with his loved ones. Dharmendra was cremated in Mumbai on Monday in the presence of family members and close friends. His family includes his first wife Prakash Kaur and his six children, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Esha Deol, Ahana Deol, Ajita, and Vijeta.
