  1. Avocado and Honey Mask

As we all know, avocado is good for toning and moisturising of the skin. It gives you a wrinkle free skin by enabling the muscles to obtain good nutrition. All you have to do is mix an avocado pulp with two tablespoons of honey and then apply this cream to your cheeks for 15 minutes. Rinse it with warm water after 15 minutes.

2) FACIAL EXERCISES

Just as our body needs a workout; so do our cheeks. You must be thinking how to do it? All you have to do is stand in front of the mirror and inflate the air in your cheeks as you do while inflating a balloon. Repeat it 10 times. Second facial exercise that you can do to get rid of saggy cheeks is to smile in an exaggerated way and relax. Do this five times. Facial exercises help your cheek muscles to work in an efficient manner.

3) YOGURT AND ALOE VERA MASK

Aloe vera is available almost in each and every home still we aren’t aware of its uses. It can solve a lot of skin problems. It acts as an excellent firming cream when combined with yogurt. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water. You will notice the smoothness on your cheeks instantly.

4) PROPER NUTRITION

Do you know that poor nutrition can lead to cheek sagging? Yes, it can and the main reason behind this is water retention. But this can be solved by taking a natural cleansing diet that includes fruit juices of grapefruit, oranges and even strawberries, which not only help in cleansing but also in detoxifying. You can also Increase the intake of salads, fiber, nuts and vegetable protein in your meals as these strengthen your cheeks muscles.
