Hrithik Roshan’s Sister, Sunaina Wants To Leave Her Parent’s House But Has No Money For It

Hrithik Roshan’s life has been a topsy turvy roller coaster ride. He had a successful career and a very stable personal life. However, a few years ago his life turned upside down when his wife Sussanne Khan separated from him and rumors of his affair with Kangana and their public feud started taking a toll on him. In his family too, his sister Sunaina suffered from cancer and survived it like a fighter.

In the past few months, she has been juggling from her bad health to instability in life. Things are not going fine with her from the last couple of months. She had even lost a whopping 60 kilos with the help of Bariatric surgery. And for the ones who don’t know, she is also a cancer survivor. She was once suffering from cervical cancer, but soon she came out as a winner and is cancer-free today.

Talking about her journey, Sunaina har once said, “I really don’t know who is spreading these rumours but I was touched by my well-wishers who asked about my health! I have not been hospitalized getting any kind of treatment to forget psychological. I also want to clarify that I am not under any medication. I was out partying with my friends on Sunday night at the Golf Club in Chembur. I came back home to my father’s home (in Juhu) and now I am very much at home. I am surprised that such a well-known publication would carry such news without checking with me.”

Talking further, she shared,  “I was at a London hospital in December for a few weeks for alcohol rehab but I came out clean. After my father got diagnosed with throat cancer, I was with my family to give him my support. He was battling cancer and then, I did not take to any medication. I prayed for his health. Why would I need any medication now and where is the question of being in a hospital arise from?”

She was even touted to be bipolar but she cleared the air about it and said, “Being angry and short-tempered does not make you bipolar and nor have I ever suffered or been treated for a bipolar disorder, which causes shifts in mood and energy. I have been maintaining my diet and lost a lot of weight but otherwise, I am physically and mentally completely fine. I wouldn’t have stayed at a hotel these last few days if I wasn’t okay.”

She had also shared her thoughts on Twitter this Sunday. They could be read as, “Sunday thought… Didn’t know that I would have had the opportunity to visit HELL in this lifetime.” When asked to clarify her tweet, the 47-year-old remarked, “It’s what I am going through with my family…! It’s living hell. Yes, there are certain issues, but please don’t ask me to talk about this more as it’s about my family and I don’t want them to be affected further. All I can say is that I have been staying in a rented hotel apartment for the past 17-18 days before I came back home to stay in the same building as my parents. While I am staying in their home, I have a separate entrance and a separate floor on which I live.”

She had further shared,  “But I came back cured and nursed him back to health. If you recall, I had spoken to you about my father recovering well in time. So, that rehab was a little before that.” Again, clarifying that she has not turned bipolar, Sunaina quipped, “That’s rubbish. Now, this is yet another piece of information that someone is wrongly spreading. Remember yesterday a newspaper carried that I was in the hospital under observation, which is when I told you that ‘I am okay’. You were the first to clarify. I am fine and definitely not bipolar. But yes, I am having issues.”

And explaining her side, she had also said, “I want to move out of my house and live separately. I cannot live under the constant shadow of my parents. Yeh mat karo. Don’t have a drink. Don’t meet this guy. Don’t meet that guy. I am feeling claustrophobic.  My Dad and Mom (Pinky Roshan) are being over-protective. If I have a drink once in blue moon, why would I turn alcoholic again? What’s wrong if I go out to party with my friends? what’s wrong if I meet up with a guy?”
