Posting a still from an old film featuring himself and Shah, Salman wrote, “I knew you since I was 15. You lived a wonderful life. May your soul rest in peace. Satish ji, you will be missed.” Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan also paid his respects through his personal blog, writing, “Another one of our friends is gone… The young and talented artist Satish Shah has left us far too soon. It’s not easy to express our feelings in words during such difficult times… But as the saying goes, ‘Life must go on.’ Even amidst grief and despair, we try to appear normal, but the truth is that it’s not easy.”
