Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor marked the release of her much-awaited South Indian film Peddi with a spiritual visit to the revered Tirumala temple. On the day the film hit theaters, the actress undertook the sacred pilgrimage on foot, climbing all 3,550 steps of the Alipiri route barefoot to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara. Dressed in a simple pink kurti while making the climb, the actress was later seen in a traditional saree as she participated in temple rituals and offered prayers inside the temple premises. The actress completed the nearly 11-kilometer trek from Tirupati to Tirumala, a route considered highly significant among devotees. After reaching the temple, Janhvi performed special prayers and sought divine blessings for the success of Peddi.
