Filmmaker Karan Johar has got into a serious trouble lately. Karan, who is currently judging a talent reality show, India’s Next Superstar along with director Rohit Shetty has been sent a legal notice by the Delhi government and this may land him in jail for 5 long years.

As per a report, Dharma Productions, owned by Karan is associated with Karan’s reality show and it has got into trouble for airing an ad that promotes tobacco. Apparently, it is a Kamala Pasand Pan Masala ad and the Health Department of Delhi has issued a notice to Karan Johar and the makers of the show. Endemol Productions has also got into trouble along with Dharma Productions.

Well, this is not the first time that Karan Johar has got into a legal trouble. The Delhi Health Department issued a notice to Karan Johar earlier for promoting smoking on the posters of the movie Ittefaq. In one of the posters of the movie that starred Akshaye Khanna, Sonakshi Sinha, and Sidharth Malhotra, Akshaye was seen lighting a cigarette.

The Health Department has given a 10-day time to revert to the notice sent to them. If they fail to respond, a legal case will be filed against all those who are guilty.

What do you think will happen next in this case!?
