Madame Tussauds Delhi now OPEN for public! Here’s the first look!

Ladies and Gentlemen gear up as Madame Tussauds has finally come to India! This attraction is Merlin Entertainment’s 23rd attraction around the globe and the very first in our beloved country. With a star studded line up of wax statues of celebrities, from Salman Khan to Katrina Kaif, Amitabh Bachchan to Narendra Modi, Angelina Jolie to Leonardo Di Caprio, oh! And the ladies all time favorite Justin Bieber with his chiseled body, and many more, are all present to fulfill your life long fantasy. They are showcasing around 50 figures currently and more will be added in the coming months. The entire attraction, with 60% being of Indian personalities and rest being International, is distributed in 7 themes, Host city, Film & Television, Authentic history, Sports, History Leaders, Music & A list party!

 


But did you know that it takes 4-5 months to complete 1 wax statue? And that 1 figure costs INR 1.5 crore. to INR 2 crore. to make? Yes, it’s an expensive affair! And, all of these statues are made in London at their Merlin Magic making studio. But guess what! They are even giving a sneak peek into the making of these statues in one of their themes called authentic history.
