Mountaineer Conquers Mt. Kilimanjaro To Salute The Real Superhero, Sonu Sood.
Actor Sonu Sood, who has won recognition for his charitable work in the midst of the continuous Covid pandemic, as of late got a heartfelt tribute from mountaineer and cyclist Uma Singh.
Uma Singh reportedly conquered Africa’s tallest peak Mount Kilimanjaro on a cycle and committed his success to the entertainer.
“For the first time in my life I have met a real-life hero and I want to do something for him. He stood up for our country in difficult circumstances, regardless of his own life. You are the real hero of our country, Sonu Sood sir, and the elder brother to everyone in India,” Uma told in a statement.
Sonu was touched by the mountaineer’s heartfelt gesture. “I feel so proud of Uma that he went ahead to achieve something so difficult. It is his hard work and determination that helped him to attain this feat. I feel so moved by his gesture and his words. He is an inspiration for our youth. Such determination at such a young age shows that if our Indian youth fix their hearts at doing something, they will achieve it by all means possible. Congratulations Uma and thank you for your kind words,” Sonu said.
Mountaineer Uma Singh shared a video on Twitter and wrote a caption, “15th August. I was on top of Africa’s continent’s highest mountain Mt. Kilimanjaro with a bicycle to salute the man who is already on top. This victory is dedicated to the only real superhero @Sonu Sood thank you for always being an inspiration thanks @Sadhu Baijnath for support.” Sonu Sood added this post on his Twitter handle and wrote “Wowwwww. Now I can say that I have been to Mt. Kilimanjaro. So proud Uma.”
After offering his thanks on Twitter, Sood additionally shared another post on Instagram. The entertainer posted a similar video on Instagram and discussed how he is feeling about Uma’s directive for him. “Heights of love!” he wrote, adding, “A big applaud to Uma Singh for conquering Mt. Kilimanjaro over a bicycle. This is the kind of love and support that keeps me going. #GratitudeAndLove #Humbled @rust_bullet @sadhubaijnath.”
