Actor Nagarjuna who was an integral part of the film opened up about how he feels about the success and appreciation the film has received. Nagarjuna also touched upon the fact that how his wife is returning to doing films the same day film Brahmastra got released. “She did a film after a long time. It was about time travel and it did extremely well. So, there was rejoicing at home. In my family, there are four actors and every year we have bittersweet moments. We all cheer for each other. We all have a get-together on the day of the release. Whatever happens, we have dinner and we all toast to that movie. There is a bittersweet moment every year. Now, it is coming every six months.” He said
Nagarjuna’s wife Amala is making her return to the big screen through a Telugu film titled Oke Oka Jeevitham. Meanwhile, Nagarjuna who plays the role of Anish Shetty, wielder of Nandi Astra has been received well by the audience. The film is backed by Dharma productions and Star Studios and is being presented in the south by SS Rajamouli. Brahmastra was released on 9th September which will be completing a week on Friday. Analysts predict that the film will do around or more than 150 crores in India. The strong performance of the film is also responsible for the one-week delay of National Cinema Day.
