Priyanka Chopra who is a self-made woman has established herself in the international world. Since her wedding with International sensation Nick Jonas, she is mostly an easy target when it comes to trolling. Priyanka tied the knot with Nick Jonas in a Hindu and Christian wedding style in December 2018. The wedding was held in a grand and fancy way in Udaipur.
Now in the case of Priyanka, she always neglected the people who made negatives comments. However now, PC opened up about the same in a recent interview with Sunday Times. She said, “Just because I’m famous, don’t I have the ability to be proud of being a newlywed without people saying that I’m using my marriage? I gave up my right to privacy when I became a public person, it’s the deal you make with the devil. But trust me, there are lots of things I still keep personal.”
She further went on and also commented on being labelled as a “global scam artist” which suggested that Priyanka’s motive behind getting married to Nick. On the same, she said, “I didn’t comment on it at the time. But I went up to the hotel room to find Nick, Joe, Sophie Turner and my mum furiously responding to the article on their phones. They were like, ‘These b*******! How dare they?’ I thought, ‘I’m having a great moment, nothing is going to burst my bubble’.”
Back then, Ok magazine, though an article had claimed that Priyanka and Nick were separating. The magazine had quoted a source as saying, “They’ve been fighting about everything – work, partying, spending time together. The bottom line is that Nick and Priyanka rushed into things… and now they’re paying the price. Their marriage is hanging by a thread.”
The source had also shared, “There are whispers that Nick and Priyanka got married so quickly they didn’t take the time to draw up a prenup. No one would put it past her to make things difficult for Nick should they divorce. Nick’s seen a controlling side to her. She also has a temper – that’s something Nick wasn’t aware of until after the wedding celebrations.”
However, it turned out to be fake.
