Kangana Ranaut is one of the highest-paid actresses in India. Ranaut has always been an actress who speaks her mind out and is both courageous and fearless as far as the society is concerned. She is an epitome of fashion, almost like the avante garde of India. She has received several awards, including three National Film Awards and Film fare Awards in four categories. Here are a few facts about Kangana that will make you fall in love with her even more.

When Kangana was just 16, she had started viewing the wrong as ‘wrong’.

“If you slap me, I’ll slap you”, is what she had told her father. Hitting people is not right and children definitely don’t deserve to be hit. Keeping them in check can be done verbally as well.

Not just a good actress, Kangana is creative with her words as well and was the co-writer of dialogues for the movie ‘Queen’.

Kangana finds movies boring and has watched only 10 films till date. She prefers books more. (Ok… now this is a point that would definitely not make me fall in ‘love’ with her, but being a reader is good.)

She was just a normal child. She hated taking baths as child which proves that contrary to the weird 3 point, she was rather normal (like you and me), in terms of baths.

In the movies ‘Gangster’, Kangana had replaced Chitrangada. This just goes to show how strong her acting is. (I would have loved to see Chitrangada as well though).

Kangana was ‘workless’ for a full period of 2 years after her debut. (Now that is a real downer on the career front, still she made it.)

We all know this one. She comes from a typical Indian family where acting is not considered respectable enough. (Everyone underestimates and shams ‘fame’ till they actually get it!)

She was once enrolled in a modelling school and is a trained Kathak dancer. (Where do these people get so much of time?)

She is yet another Indian who aspired to be a doctor. Also, she is a unique Indian as well who left it for showbiz. (I would say she made a good choice for now we can enjoy her movies).
