Looks like, secret destination wedding has become a trend for our B-town celebs! After Virat-Anushka, Sonam Kapoor is also swearing by this trend. As per several media reports, the fashion queen is all set to tie the knot with her longtime boyfriend Anand Ahuja in Switzerland next month. There is no official confirmation yet but the way Sonam is unperturbed with such reports and is posting pictures with Anand on Instagram says it all!
Meanwhile, reports of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh getting married anytime soon have also flooded the Internet. The couple is rumoured to be taking their relationship to next level by the end of this year. Recently, Deepika was spotted doing some jewellery shopping with her mother and this has left the fans even more excited. That’s not all, if insiders are to be believed, Ranveer and Deepika’s parents have shortlisted some dates between September and December as well.
But is it all really true or mere rumours? Wel, here’s what Ranveer Singh has to say, “It is the function of speculation – to exist. Nothing is official till it is made official and I am not a seer. I cannot say this will happen on this date in the future. Right now we are both extremely busy working. Besides, she is also recuperating from back problems. So we are quite occupied and distracted. So, if there is any announcement in the future, you will be hearing me shouting from the rooftops.”
Well, going by Ranveer’s over-the-top and excited nature and of course, his fondness for Deepika, we can really imagine him shouting from the rooftops and making announcements of their marriage. So, marriage is unfortunately not on the cards for these lovebirds, at least for now!
And by the way, did you just notice, that for the first time he admitted that they both are a couple? Awwwww! At least one thing is clear – these two are very much in love and going strong with each other.
Also, talking about his equation with Ranveer, Deepika had once said, “When we’re with each other, we don’t need anything or anyone else. We’re comfortable in each other’s presence. Sometimes it’s intelligent conversation, sometimes just silence, sometimes there’s a childlike innocence. We keep each other grounded. We are good in that sense.”
