God bless this couple (Saif and Kareena) for they have introduced us to our forever love, Taimur Ali Khan. The little munchkin immediately became country’s heartthrob as soon as his first picture went online. As Kareena says, ‘He is the most gorgeous son in India’, we readily agree.
To hide their kids’ face from paparazzi is a common practice among celebrities for the reasons best known to them. Till date Akshay Kumar protects or covers her daughter’s face from the eyes of media. Even Shahid Kapoor indulged in this practice for many months post Misha’s birth. It was only after he shared the first picture of Misha on social media that we got to see her for the first time. Though, now, he keeps sharing Misha’s adorable photos and videos frequently with his fans.
It came as a pleasant surprise when Kareena Kapoor Khan made Taimur wave and pose for the shutterbugs while they were leaving from Tusshar Kapoor’s son’s birthday party. The pictures went viral like crazy (obviously) and one just couldn’t stop gushing over Taimur’s overloaded cuteness. However, there was deep thought logic behind this step of Kareena and wasn’t just a candid or random act.
In a recent interview, Saif revealed that it was his idea to not hide baby Taimur from the prying eyes of media. He told Bebo to hold his hand and make him wave to the photographers. “For me, it was not about superstition, it was about safety. The paparazzi culture is getting really bad. They are always outside our home. But it isn’t as bad as it is abroad. It will only get there for sure. They will get the picture anyway sooner or later. The more you hide, the more aggressive they will get. I wanted to avoid that push and shove. It’s better to give them that pic. I told Bebo to hold his hand and make him wave to the photographers. Also, I feel, why should Taimur be treated any different from other children out there. People put up their baby pictures.”
Well, we are wooing over Saif’s intelligence!
