‘Sara’s Mom Gave Me Trauma’, Orhan Awatramani Says He Will Move On Only After Amrita Singh Apologises

A major controversy has erupted between Sara Ali Khan and social media personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, leaving fans shocked. Once known to be close friends who frequently appeared together at parties and shared pictures on social media, the two are now embroiled in a public feud that seems to be getting uglier by the day. The situation escalated after Orry unfollowed Sara Ali Khan and her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan on Instagram and shared controversial posts mocking the actress.

The fallout has surprised many, given the duo’s long-standing friendship. In an interview with one of the media houses, Orry explained why he decided to distance himself from Sara and her family on social media. “I unfollowed Sara a while ago, and I haven’t followed Ibrahim for years. If I pretend to be friends with Sara, it means I’m ignoring the trauma her mother gave me. I don’t think I can do that anymore,” Orry said.

However, when questioned about the nature of the alleged trauma caused by Amrita Singh, Orry chose not to elaborate, refusing to provide further details. Orry made it clear that the feud with Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan can only come to an end if Amrita Singh apologises to him. According to Orry, only after receiving an apology will he be able to forget the past and move forward. As of now, there has been no response from Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan, or Amrita Singh regarding his claims.

The controversy intensified after Orry recently mocked Sara Ali Khan’s career, triggering massive outrage on social media. He was heavily criticised by users, many of whom called his remarks disgusting and insensitive. On January 25, Orry shared a reel in which he was seen wearing a top with the word “B” printed on it. When a user asked what the “B” was holding, Orry replied, “Sara Ali Khan’s hit movies.”

The comment did not go down well and sparked severe backlash online. Reacting to the criticism, Orry defended himself and said he did not believe his remark was offensive or below the belt. “I don’t think I said anything wrong about her. I just made a small joke, a sarcastic comment about her career. I’m quite sure they wouldn’t have felt bad either,” he said.
