Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are one of the buzz-creating couples of B-town as they always make everyone aww all the time by doing little things for each other. Whether it is about their chemistry or the way they complement each other, every time this duo gives a new couple goal. Well, not only on screen, Shahid proved to be a perfect partner in real life also as he bought a new house for her lady love Mira, his little angle Misha and of course for the one who is going to become the part of this cute little family very soon.
The new house of the Kapoor family costs 55.60 crores and located in one of the posh areas of Mumbai. The duplex costs Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration. Shahid and Mira’s new place covers the 42nd and 43rd floors of Tower B of the upscale Three Sixty West, which has luxury residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton. The interesting thing about this duplex is that it’s a sea facing and has an area of 801.30 sqm, or 8,625 sq ft.
The reason what made Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput leave their sea facing flat in Juhu was the continuous increments in the prostitution menace right in front of his building. Shahid had bought this flat in June 2014, before he married Mira. On the work front, Shahid will be seen next in Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The film revolves around the issue of power shortage and huge electricity bills and is slated to release on September 21.
