Sonakshi Sinha Opened Up On Her Failing Career
Sonakshi Sinha who will be seen in her upcoming movie ‘mission mangal’ in an interview said, she has never craved for box office collections of her movies but focussed totally on her acting skills and appreciations for the same, that was enough for her.
In the recent interview with Press Trust of India, she told, “It (box office numbers) was something that I never craved for. It just happened to me. When I started acting I never thought my films will do Rs 100 crore business. They were all blockbusters and I am glad for the love that I got from the audience. Things changed for everyone, the kind of movies people started watching and making changed. Even my choices as an actor changed.”
“I have done a whole plethora of films. Today I am really proud of the fact that I can do a commercial film and even an art film. I have been able to achieve that balance,” she added.
The actress has been performing in varied types of films, which has only added extra stars to her career and the spot where she looks at her on a few years later. Sona, belives its the audience that makes a film a hit and flop totally, what an actor can do is only to choose a right script and remain fair enough with the crew and whole movie throughout.
As her last few movies, like, ‘Kalank’, ‘Happy phir bhag jayegi’, ‘Welcome to Newyork’, ‘Ittefaq’, ‘Noor’ did not do as much as it was expected, but the actress remains all cool, and doesn’t have anything to stress about for her failures, she sees herself only growing as an actor.
