Sonu Sood: A Good Samaritan And A Man With Golden Hopes
According to the latest reports of Bombay Times, Sonu Sood is ready to start a vaccination drive in his hometown, Saffuwala Village, located at Moga district in Punjab. This year, in April, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh made him the brand ambassador of Punjab, and now it looks like the man is living up to the brand ambassador’s duty.
Sonu Sood said regarding the vaccination drive, “The idea is to get maximum people vaccinated for their well-being. The problem in Punjab is that the people are still shying away from getting themselves vaccinated against COVID-19. So, my sister, who stays in Moga, had conversations with the sarpanch of the village and set this up. She met with the villagers as well. I even shared video messages, conveying the importance of the vaccination. I will be sponsoring the vaccines for 18+ individuals.”
Sonu Sood’s deeds last year were an inspiration to every citizen of India. This year too, he has taken steps for fighting against the second wave of COVID-19. Reportedly, bravely, he stepped out again to help needy people with oxygen cylinders, medicines, and hospital beds, risking his own life. Unlike reviews to films, people have started giving reviews to the actor, making him the ‘Man with Golden Hopes’.
The actor hopes that the village of Saffuwala sets an example for other villages of Punjab and very soon none in the State gets left for getting vaccinated. Besides, he also aims at hosting a vaccination drive in Mumbai for his Bollywood friends and industry people, helping them in getting vaccinated. The man has now become the most respectable and loving citizen of the country for his deeds for the people of India. He’s truly a Good Samaritan.
Alongside his deeds, Sonu Sood will soon be seen making his debut in his upcoming films, Prithviraj and Kisaan.
