Make this yummylicious Spiced Param Paneer at home. You will surely fall in love with its captivating aroma and taste.
Vegetable oil
400gm param paneer cut into cubes
1 tsp coriander seed
Chopped ginger
1 onion chopped
4 ripe tomatoes chopped
1+1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp fenugreek seed
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp honey
Fresh coriander chopped
1 red and green pepper chopped
3 spring onion finely shredded
1: Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the param paneer cubes until golden brown.
2: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and gently fry the coriander seeds, ginger and onion for about 8- 10 minutes until golden.
3: Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Add other spices and honey, stir and simmer for a few minutes.
4: Add the chopped coriander and shredded ginger. Serve sprinkled with peppers and spring onions.
