Swara Bhaskar has shown time and again that she is not those meek and submissive type actresses who would let anyone bully them on the internet and still stay mum. She has openly slammed anyone who tried to troll her on social media. If you have forgotten, a few months ago, Swara Bhaskar was trolled mercilessly on social media for her masturbation scene in the movie VeereDiWedding. The actress came out and slammed everyone by answering back and not staying quiet about it.

Lately, the actress faced a distasteful reaction from Vivek Agnihotri after she shared her views on the derogatory remark on an independent MLA. Yes, Swara Bhaskar and Vivek Agnihotri have come face to face once again on social media and they are at loggerheads about the views they share on the Jalandhar Bishop.

The incident in question is about the Kerala nun who accused the Bishop of Jalandhar, Franko Mulakkal for raping her on numerous occasions between the years 2014-16. An independent MLA PC George, instead of giving his support to the nun for going through sexual harassment, he termed the nun a prostitute.

Sharing the MLA’s video, Swara Bhaskar shared her views that read, “Absolutely shameful and disgusting!!!! Scum present across political spectrums and religious divides in India. Literally nauseating!”

The director Vivek Agnihotri was quick to respond to this tweet and asked Swara, “Where is the placard –“#MeTooProstituteNun?”

Swara decided to give it back to Vivek, who is currently criticizing the ‘#MeTooUrbanNaxal’ movement in his book. To give it back to Vivek Agnihotri, Swara wrote, “Vivek. Just want to point out that you are using the trauma of women who are rape survivors to slut shame and abuse in public a woman you don’t like. In the rare moments of sanity that may visit your brain – otherwise unhinged with hate- think about how low that is. #scum.”

She did not stop there. She made sure that Vivek was given his due for trying to bully her. She made sure that his Twitter account was blocked. She wrote,  “Thank you @TwitterIndia @TwitterSupport 4 taking cognisance of @vivekagnihotri ‘s abusive tweet. And making him delete it! No tolerance 4 cyber bullying & abuse of women on public platforms! (Or private – but one thing at a time) Thank u #SayNoToBullying
