Yesterday was the pious festival that all brothers and sisters wait for all year long. On Raksha Bandhan, sisters tie Rakhi on their brothers’ wrist in the hope that their brother will protect them in the times of crises. In return, brothers gift their sisters presents and cash. While the concept of brothers protecting their sisters may be outdated, the essence of the unbreakable bond between siblings is evergreen. Raksha Bandhan marks an occasion that further strengthens the love between sisters and brothers. The festival was celebrated with much zest all around the country.
The Bollywood celebrities were no exception. The brother-sister duos from the tinsel town, too, celebrated the lovely festival. Suhana Khan tied Rakhi on little AbRam Khan’s wrists and Sara Ali Khan tied Rakhi to baby Taimur Ali Khan. Abhishek Bachchan and his elder sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Kartik Aryan and his sister, actor duo Saqib Saleem and Huma Qureshi and Karan Johar’s twins Roohi and Yash celebrated Raksha Bandhan and the pictures are too sweet to miss.
The Pataudi siblings made Raksha Bandhan look even more heartwarming than it already is. While Soha Ali Khan tied Rakhi on brother Saif Ali Khan’s wrist, the younger Pataudis were not left behind. Saif’s elder kids Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Saif-Kareena’s little one Taimur and Soha’s daughter Innaya Naumi Kemmu.
Shah Rukh Khan’s younger kids Suhana Khan and Abram Khan’s Raksha Bandhan was adorable at its best. Shah Rukh tweeted about the celebrations in their household and posted a cute picture of Suhana and AbRam.
The actor wrote, “Raakhi done…with a promise in the family to respect all women. Respect for women will make u inspired, make u tender hearted & morally strong. Happy Raakhi to all ye bros out there…& respect to all sisters.”

Deepika wrote, “like always…i promise to love you, protect you and bug you…forever!😝😝😝 I love you smallie…❤️ ” Deepika’s loving words for her sis have melted our heart and the cute picture has left us speechless.
