Trolls Say Karan Johar: The Gay Should Be A Movie On His Life, Karan Shuts With An Epic Reply

When living in Indian society, not everyone is able to accept their sexual orientation. LGBTQ has been legally accepted in India by the Supreme Court and every person has the right to choose whom they love, irrespective of their gender. Still, it is not possible for everyone to come out and accept what their preferences are. The society doesn’t accept their kids loving someone whom they’ve not chosen, let alone accepting their kids loving someone of the same gender.

But one person has come out openly to accept his sexual orientation and preference even before Article 377 verdict was passed and consensual sex between any two adults was decriminalized. And it was none other than the superhit Bollywood director Karan Johar. He might make it seem easy but it wouldn’t have been. Accepting everything and still making it so big in the industry need the courage to come out so openly in front of the world and still not break down.

Despite the fact that Karan has opened up about his s*xuality in his autobiography entitled “An Unsuitable Boy”, he finds himself at the receiving end of trollers quite often. Recently, one such Twitter user tried to take a jibe at Karan by saying that a movie should be made on Karan Johar’s life and it should be titled as “KARAN JOHAR: the gay”.Here’s what the tweet read,

“Karan Johar k life pe ek movie banani chahiye. KARAN JOHAR: the gay”.

Karan was in no mood to sit silent and bear the brunt of trolling so he hit back the troller in the most classy way and tweeted,

“You absolutely original genius! Where have you been hiding all this while??? Thank you for existing and emerging as the most prolific voice on Twitter today!!!”
