Abhishek Bachchan’s Investment in Naagin
Speaking at the Global Business Summit 2026, Abhishek shared how he became a partner in the Indian hot sauce brand Naagin Sauce, which launched in 2019. According to him, the association happened organically. After tasting the sauce and becoming a regular consumer, he approached the founders during their first round of funding and expressed interest in joining as a partner.

Abhishek said it was a matter of pride for him to see the brand grow steadily. Reports suggest that Naagin crossed US$1 million in revenue in 2022 and has continued its upward trajectory since. Interestingly, he also mentioned that his father, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, unintentionally promotes the brand. Whenever Amitabh posts pictures featuring a bottle of Naagin sauce at breakfast, it naturally draws attention and boosts visibility for the brand.

Abhishek revealed that his investments are often driven by personal habits. His partnership with Swiggy reportedly began because of his daily craving for misal pav. Calling Thane’s misal pav the best in the world, he shared that he orders it almost every morning through Swiggy. His frequent use of the platform eventually led him to approach the company about investing. The actor humorously recalled asking whether they could ensure his breakfast delivery daily and whether he could invest in the business.

He is the owner of Jaipur Pink Panthers, a franchise in the Pro Kabaddi League. Under his ownership, the team has gained significant recognition and contributed to the growing popularity of kabaddi in India.
