Celina has demanded ₹100 crore as compensation for the alleged abuse and has also sought ₹10 lakh per month as maintenance, citing financial dependency created by her husband. She alleged that Peter Haag interfered with her professional career, restricted her access to her own earnings, and prevented her from managing her finances. According to Celina, these actions left her financially dependent on her husband for years. The complaint further describes Peter Haag as a self-centered individual who allegedly showed little empathy toward Celina and their children.

Celina accused him of financial manipulation, stating that he withdrew money from her bank accounts, used her debit and credit cards without consent, and took control of important personal documents, including her passport. One of the major disputes between the couple involves a Mumbai flat that was transferred to Peter Haag’s name in 2019. Celina claims this transfer occurred when she was mentally vulnerable. She further alleged that Haag later rented out the property without her knowledge, earning approximately ₹1.26 crore.
