While appreciating the performance, Noreen also expressed disappointment that the filmmakers did not consult her, law enforcement officials, or journalists for a more balanced portrayal. She suggested that Chaudhary Aslam’s personality had many layers that could have been explored more deeply. Despite this, she acknowledged that Sanjay Dutt’s physicality and mannerisms suited the character exceptionally well.

Noreen admitted she hasn’t watched the entire Dhurandhar: The Revenge, having only seen clips sent to her. She noted that while the use of strong language in the film makes it difficult for family viewing, it adds authenticity to the character. She pointed out that such language is often part of real-life police culture, making Sanjay Dutt’s portrayal more believable.
