The pictures beautifully capture the strong bond between the two sisters and Kriti’s active involvement in every ritual. One of the most talked-about moments was Kriti’s special mehndi design, where she got the faces of two children inked on her palms, symbolizing herself and Nupur. The unique henna design was a touching tribute to their childhood and lifelong bond.

Along with this, Kriti was also seen standing beside Nupur during the sindoor ceremony, carrying her sister under a floral canopy to the mandap, and performing the Lava Parichan, which is traditionally done by a brother. By performing these rituals herself, Kriti proved that love goes beyond traditions and gender roles. Along with the photos, Kriti poured her heart out in a long caption.
