Actor Ranveer Singh balanced the demanding shoot schedule of Dhurandhar: The Revenge with personal responsibilities, frequently taking breaks to spend time with his wife, Deepika Padukone, during her pregnancy, according to co-actor Abhay Arora.
The revelation was made by Abhay Arora, who played the role of Yasir in the film, in a recent interview. He shared that despite the intense filming commitments, Ranveer made consistent efforts to be present for his family at a crucial time.
According to Arora, Ranveer would try to secure short breaks from the shoot whenever possible, even if it meant getting just a few days off. During these intervals, he would reportedly travel back to be with Deepika Padukone, who was expecting their first child at the time.
Arora described the actor’s approach as a reflection of his commitment to family, noting that Ranveer ensured he remained involved and supportive despite his professional obligations. He said the actor would “try his best to get days off… even if it was just three or four days” to be with his wife.
The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, has been performing strongly at the box office since its release on March 19, 2026, and has drawn attention for both its scale and performances.
