Tanya Mittal’s Claimed ‘Paradise Palace’ Turned Out To Be A Simple 2 Storey Building With Rented Shops On Ground Floor

Gwalior’s well-known personality and social media influencer, Tanya Mittal, has been creating quite a stir ever since she entered the reality show Bigg Boss 19. While her appearance on the show grabbed attention, it is her big claims about wealth and luxury that have truly set social media buzzing. Tanya described her family home as a “palace” and “paradise,” boasting that even five-star and seven-star hotels fall short in comparison.

These statements quickly went viral on social media, prompting curious locals to check out her residence. According to a report, the property turned out to be a simple two-storey house rather than the lavish mansion Tanya had portrayed. Videos of the modest home, shared by Gwalior residents and influencers, spread rapidly online. The ground floor of the building is partly rented to a bank and a shop, while Tanya’s family occupies the upper floor.

Inside the Bigg Boss house, Tanya boasted of having a line of servants on every floor and two staff members constantly stationed in the kitchen. She also spoke of a thriving store called Handmade Love with many employees. However, when reporters visited the shop, only one worker, named Vikram, was present. He admitted he had joined just three days earlier and usually worked as Tanya’s driver. The store itself is a small outlet selling decorative pieces priced between ₹100 and ₹500, with no signs of a large staff or high-end setup.

Tanya further claimed to own two factories and to employ multiple security guards. Investigations revealed that her brother, Amritesh Mittal, owns a single factory on Morena Road, and no significant security was visible. Locals mocked these exaggerated stories across social platforms. Before entering Bigg Boss, Tanya had even shared a dramatic tale from the Prayagraj Mahakumbh, alleging her security team saved lives and distributed food. A man named Balraj, who calls himself her boyfriend online, dismissed these accounts as false. Amritesh responded by confirming legal notices had been sent to Balraj and called his remarks baseless.
