The actress has reportedly purchased a luxurious apartment worth ₹7.63 crore in Bandra, Mumbai, one of the city’s most sought-after residential neighborhoods. According to property documents accessed via CRE Matrix, Tejasswi has bought a premium apartment in Bay Heights, an under-construction residential project by Hiranandani Developers.

The apartment is located on the 14th floor of the upscale tower in Bandra. The luxury residence comes with two dedicated parking spaces, premium high-rise living, and possession of the building is expected by November 2030. The actress registered the property on February 16, 2026. Reports state that she paid a stamp duty of ₹38 lakh along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.

As per the documents, Tejasswi paid a 10% booking amount exceeding ₹76 lakh, with the remaining balance to be cleared in 12 installments until the building receives its Occupancy Certificate (OC). This structured investment approach reflects her calculated financial planning.
