Uttar Kumar Rape Case Takes A New Turn As The Victim Denied Medical Examination Twice, Leading The Case To Be Called Fake

A significant development has happened in the Haryanvi singer Uttar Kumar rape case, with the victim refusing to undergo a medical examination. The police have filed a closure report twice, deeming the case false. Uttar Kumar, popularly known as “Dhakad Chhora” for his roles in rural films from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, was accused of raping the victim under the pretext of offering her a film role and luring her with promises of marriage. However now the case seems to be taking a different path all together.

Victim Denied Medical Examination in Uttar Kumar Case

Let us tell you that the victim of the case, a well-known actress of Haryanvi films, filed a complaint against Uttar Kumar at the Shalimar Garden police station in Ghaziabad on June 24th. Despite the court’s order, the police initially failed to register an FIR, leading to the victim’s desperation and attempt to commit suicide by reaching Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s residence in Lucknow.

Uttar Kumar was arrested and sent to jail, but he was later granted bail by Special Judge Gaurav Sharma of the SC/ST Court in Ghaziabad. The court ordered Uttar Kumar to submit a bond of Rs. 2 lakh and two surety bonds of the same amount. The defense argued that Uttar Kumar is married, 55 years old, and has two children, with no prior criminal record.

Now the victim’s refusal to undergo a medical examination has been a crucial factor in the case’s development. The police have cited this as a reason for filing a closure report, stating that the case is false. The outcome of the case remains uncertain, with Uttar Kumar having been granted bail and the victim’s allegations yet to be proven.
