The legal proceedings reportedly involve the songs “Chunari Chunari” and “Ishq Sona Hai,” which are allegedly referenced or adapted in the upcoming film. Reports suggest that Pooja Entertainment has approached the Bombay High Court seeking substantial damages and requesting legal action concerning the use of the songs.
