She wrote, “A shameful spectacle continues in Slovakia. Only 9,200 people of Indian origin live in Slovakia. I have never seen such events organized for American citizens during Trump’s visits to other countries. Politicians are not celebrities. They have taken this image management to an extreme level.” The post soon gained traction, with several users weighing in on the issue. Joining the conversation, Kunickaa Sadanand reposted the video and expressed her dissatisfaction with what she witnessed.

Several users accused the actress of misunderstanding the significance of diplomatic outreach and cultural engagement during international visits. One user commented, “Wherever Modi ji goes, he wins people’s hearts. You should understand the importance of diplomacy before making such remarks.” Another wrote, “A Prime Minister greeting people abroad is part of India’s culture and soft power. There is nothing inappropriate about it.” Some responses were more personal, with critics suggesting that Kunickaa should focus on addressing her own shortcomings rather than commenting on the Prime Minister.
