She revealed how the actor stood by her during one of the most difficult phases of her life. According to Reena, she first reached out to Salman before her initial heart transplant surgery. Despite his hectic schedule, the actor responded to her message, a gesture that left a lasting impact. What touched Reena the most was Salman Khan’s heartfelt support on the night of her surgery. While reportedly shooting abroad, the actor took time out to personally call her and speak for nearly two hours.

During the call, Salman not only encouraged Reena but also comforted her family, helping them stay strong during the emotional ordeal. Reena became visibly emotional while recalling this moment, saying she would always cherish his kindness. Even after losing touch for nearly two years, Reena shared that Salman immediately recognized her when she reached out again. When she informed him about starting her own organization, he encouraged her and appreciated her efforts.

Reena also revealed that Salman invited her to the sets of Race 3, where she spent an entire day. The actor even surprised her with a special gift, a white bicycle from his charitable initiative, Being Human Foundation.
