Urvashi Rautela Accused Of Copying Tedx Talk From Earlier Speakers; Deets Inside!

Bollywood beauty Urvashi Rautela is denying to keep herself out of the controversies. The actress is getting called out for various reasons. And the latest one is her Tedx Talk, which dropped earlier this month. The social media influencer has been accused of plagiarizing her speech at the prestigious platform from listicles.

A Reddit user has pointed out how the Sanam Re actress copied all the major talking points of her address from earlier speakers. He said that Urvashi picked up the most popular talking points from earlier Ted Talks by googling listicles. Word for word. She did not even add a disclaimer that the words weren’t her own, and at one point she inserted a misleading ‘I’ while talking to make it seem as if the content was designed by her.

According to the netizen, Urvashi’s speech has segments from speeches delivered by Isabel Allende, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Dan Pink, Brené Brown and others. Even her introductory part is copied. She began by stating, “TED Talks began in 1984 with the mission of “spreading ideas.” Since then, a single conference has blossomed into a flurry of ideas that inspire and motivate people from all over the world to achieve more and dare to do great things.”

As soon as netizens noticed this, they started trolling Urvashi for the same. “Number 1 in trolling. It would be funny if at the end of her career she would reveal she was secretly a comedian,” read one of the comments. Another penned, “She is the gift that keeps on giving.” “I need this kind of confidence,” wrote a third user.

Well, this is not the first time that Urvashi Rautela has been accused of copying the work of others. Earlier, she was caught stealing tweets of journalist John Paul Brammer about the film Parasite. Before that, she was slammed for copy-pasting Instagram posts of model Gigi Hadid. Besides this, the Miss Universe India winner is getting trolled for allegedly stalking ex-beau Rishabh Pant.
