He wrote, “I humbly submit that I have sufficient land available and I am fully prepared to donate 10 acres of land for the care, shelter, and welfare of dogs.” According to Mika, this land could be utilized to construct shelter homes, provide medical care, and ensure the overall safety, health, and well-being of stray dogs.
