Pavitra Rishta fame Ankita Lokhande’s pregnancy rumours are rife for the longest time. But every time the news hits headlines, the actress comes forward and denies it. Recently, she appeared on a popular dance reality show, DID Super Moms where she shared her views on welcoming a child with her husband Vicky Jain.

It so happened that Ankita graced the stage of the show during Pavitra Rishta special episode with Usha Nadkarni, who played her mother-in-law in Balaji Telefilms’ Pavitra Rishta. Along with the judge Urmila Matondkar, she gave a performance on one of Urmila’s hit songs from the 1995 film Rangeela. After the performance, Jay Bhanushali, who is the host of DID Super Moms took the opportunity to ask Ankita when is she planning to become a super mom.  “Bata bhi do kab super mom aap ban rahi hain (please tell us when are you becoming a super mom),” Jay teased her. Ankita mimicked a baby voice and said, “Abhi to main baby hoon, khud baby hoon (I myself am only a baby now).”

In the same episode, one of the contestants on the show paid tribute to the late Sushant Singh Rajput with her performance. This made both Ankita and Usha emotional. Ankita, who broke down after this said some lovely words for Sushant. She quoted, “Woh bahot close, ek dost bhi tha, sab kuch tha. Woh jaha hai woh bahot khush hai, I am very sure. Bas god bless him.”

Last month, the news of Ankita being pregnant went viral after her hubby Vicky was seen holding her tummy in one of the pictures from their pool party.
