‘Boycott Fukrey 3’ Trends On Social Media After Richa Chadha’s Galwan Tweet

The boycott trend is back on Twitter, and this time actress Richa Chadha has caught the eye of the storm. It all started with Richa’s recent tweet about the Indian Army. The actress even apologized for her comments, but the internet was not ready to forgive her.

Many social media users have criticized Richa Chadha and called for a boycott of Richa’s upcoming film Fukrey 3. Fukrey 3 is the third installment in the popular Sleeper series released in 2013. Directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, Richa plays the legendary role of Bholi Punjaban. It also stars Ali Fazal, Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi and Varun Sharma in lead roles.

Earlier this week, Richa quoted a tweet along with Northern Force Commander Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi saying Indian forces are ready to take back Pakistan-occupied Kashmir(PoK) if ordered. Sharing the statement, Richa wrote, “Galwan says hi.”
